MLEA Digital Systems is proud to introduce our latest specialized module: Teacher Pro.
Designed for educators who need to balance lesson planning, grading, and student behavior tracking in one unified interface.
Key Features of the Suite:
Unified Student Profiles:
Manage contact info, grades, and attendance in a single "Card" view.
The Communication Log:
A dedicated space for Parent Contacts.
Never lose track of a phone call or meeting summary again.
Behavior Intelligence:
Track positive reinforcements and concerns with severity levels, helping you identify trends before they become issues.
Dynamic Lesson Planning:
A structured environment for building objectives, procedures, and material lists that you can review and reuse every year.
Teacher Pro utilizes a Non-Relational Data Schema (JSON-based) which allows for extreme flexibility. Unlike rigid databases, our system can store complex, nested information like behavioral histories and multi-part lesson plans without slowing down.
By leveraging Python’s native memory management, the 'Teacher Pro' engine provides a lag-free experience even with hundreds of student records." Teacher Pro 2026: Quick Start Guide
Streamlining Your Classroom, One Student at a Time.
Welcome to Teacher Pro.
This system is designed to be your central hub for student data, lesson planning, and parent communication.
Follow these four steps to get your digital classroom running in minutes.
Step 1: Setting Up Your Roster
Before you can log grades or attendance, you need students in the system.
Navigate to the Students tab on the left sidebar.
Click + Add New Student.
Enter the Student ID, Name, and Class.
Tip: Include the Parent Email now so it's ready for the Communication Log later.
Step 2: Building Your First Lesson Plan
Plan your week ahead of time so you can focus on teaching.
Go to the Lesson Plans tab.
Click + Create Lesson Plan.
Fill in your Objectives and Procedures.
The system will automatically timestamp the creation date for your records.
Step 3: Managing Daily Tasks (Attendance & Grades)
Use the dedicated trackers to keep your data up to date.
Attendance: Select the date and class, then simply toggle the status for each student.
Grades: Select a student to add a new assignment score. The system stores these in a historical list for easy end-of-term reporting.
Step 4: The "Guard" Features (Behavior & Parent Logs)
This is where Teacher Pro keeps you organized during busy weeks.
Behavior Notes:
Use this to record both "Positive" breakthroughs and "Concerns." You can mark notes as Private if they are for your eyes only.
Parent Contacts:
Every time you call or email a parent, log it here. If a follow-up is needed, the system will flag it on your Dashboard.
Teacher Pro Maintenance Tips:
Auto-Save:
The system saves your data to teacher_data.json every time you click "Save" in a dialog.
Data Portability: To back up your data, simply copy the teacher_data.json file to a USB drive or your Google Drive.
